What is your return and exchange policy?

We're sorry, currently we do not offer a return policy since we are just a Start-up. 
Exchanges are only possible for size replacements and dress with defects, it will be verified by our team while processing.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Yes, our shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location. The final shipping cost is calculated to the price of the product.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there's no limit.

How to track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp or SMS containing tracking details. You can use these details to track the progress of your order.

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

Please contact our customer service within 24 hrs of receiving the item. We'll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Can dress be customised?

Unfortunately we do not offer customised options at this moment.

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Pay Pal, debit, and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking and cash on delivery for order.
