Cancellation by Amis

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitations on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which AMIS identifies for not accepting the order. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled.

 

Cancellation by Customer

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customer can always check the status of their order, Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. Once the refund process is initiated it will take up to 5 business days to receive the refund amount directly in your account.

Exchange policy

We accommodate size adjustments or fitting concerns through our exchange policy. You may initiate a replacement request within 2 days of delivery. All exchanged items must remain unused and unwashed for hygiene purposes, with the original packaging and tags intact.
Our exchange option allows for size modifications within the same garment, excluding the selection of new items.
Please be aware that all exchanged items undergo quality checks upon receipt. Exchanges will be cancelled if any damages, stains, or missing requirements are identified.

Please note: Minor color variations may occur due to photographic effects.
